Privacy Notice
Last updated: September 16, 2026
This notice covers the DragonZpyder website and the early-access Personal AI web interface at dragonzpyder.xyz. Operly provides the governed account, agent-runtime, connected-capability, and persistence layer used by that interface.
1. Information the website may receive
Hosting and infrastructure providers may process ordinary technical information needed to deliver and secure the service, such as IP address, browser and device information, request time, referring page, and server logs.
2. Personal AI account and session data
The Personal AI interface uses an existing Operly account. Authentication is handled through secure session and anti-forgery cookies. DragonZpyder does not place provider credentials or Workspace administrator keys in the browser. A Personal AI session is intentionally restricted to Personal authority before tasks are submitted.
3. Content you provide and connected results
When you use the Personal AI interface, prompts, conversation content, approval decisions, uploaded or referenced content where supported, and results returned from connected capabilities may be processed by Operly to provide the requested functionality. Conversation records may be retained so you can continue prior Personal conversations.
4. Connected services and actions
If you connect third-party services through Operly, the Personal AI may access only capabilities made available to your authenticated Personal scope. High-risk actions may require explicit human approval. Third-party providers process information under their own terms and privacy practices.
5. How information is used
Information may be used to operate and secure the service, authenticate users, preserve requested conversation continuity, execute authorized tasks, diagnose failures and abuse, improve products, communicate with users, and comply with legal obligations.
6. Cookies and analytics
Authentication and security cookies are used for the Personal AI interface. The public homepage is designed without advertising trackers. If additional analytics or tracking technologies are introduced, this notice should be updated to describe them and any required choices.
7. Sharing and service providers
DragonZpyder and Operly may rely on hosting, infrastructure, model, connected-service, security, communications, and other providers where necessary to operate requested features. Information may also be disclosed when required by law or to protect users and system security.
8. Data retention
Information should be retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, including requested continuity, security, operational, contractual, and legal requirements. Retention periods may vary by data type and connected service.
9. Security
DragonZpyder is designed so the browser acts as a thin Personal client while sensitive authority and execution remain behind Operly's governed server-side boundaries. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.
10. Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live and the services you use, you may have rights relating to access, correction, deletion, objection, restriction, portability, or withdrawal of consent. You can sign out to revoke the active web session; connected-service controls are managed through the applicable product surfaces.
11. International use
Users may access DragonZpyder from different countries. Where information is processed across borders, applicable legal and contractual safeguards may differ by service and jurisdiction.
12. Children
DragonZpyder services are not intentionally designed to collect personal information from children where doing so would be prohibited. Product-specific age requirements may apply.
13. Changes
This notice may be updated as DragonZpyder and Operly evolve. Material changes should be reflected by updating this page and its date.
14. Contact
Privacy questions may be directed through the official contact channel published by DragonZpyder or the applicable product.
